1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

NOTE FOR LAUNCH 2024: All PRE-ORDERED DOLLS will not be shipped according to our normal expected processing times. All orders will be shipped no earlier than July 1st, 2024 unless you hear from us directly to indicate otherwise. We will keep all customers updated if for any reason we are not able to ship out within the first week of July. We will have many dolls to ship, so we ask for your patience.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

2.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days
  • Cost: $15.00 minimum

2.2 Express Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer Express Shipping. Please contact us directly for special consideration.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. For deliveries to other locations, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the [tracking link] or through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for any customs and duties imposed by their country of residence. HugAngels.com is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processes.

HugAngels.com is not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact both the carrier (usually Fedex) and us immediately.
